Bathroom Bidders, LLC — Terms & Conditions

Bathroom Bidders, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides bathroom remodeling, tile installation, tile/grout repair, cleaning, and related construction services throughout the Kansas City metro area. By booking an appointment, approving a quote, or hiring us for any service, you (“the client,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Estimates & Assessments

  • All assessments are free and performed on-site unless otherwise stated.
  • Estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.
  • Hidden or unforeseen conditions (e.g., mold, water damage, subfloor issues, plumbing defects, structural problems) may require price adjustments.
  • Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

2. Scheduling & Availability

  • Scheduling depends on project scope, location, and material readiness.

3. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your project start date; the deposit amount will be listed on the quote.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH/bank payments, checks, and cash.
  • Returned checks, failed payments, or card chargebacks may incur administrative fees.

4. Change Orders

  • Any changes to the approved scope of work must be documented through a written change order.
  • Change orders may affect pricing and project timelines.
  • Work will not continue until the client approves the change order.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area(s).
  • Remove personal belongings, valuables, and fragile items from the work zone.
  • Inform us of any safety concerns, pets, health sensitivities, or mobility limitations.
  • Ensure adults are present when required for access or decision-making.
  • Confirm material selections and design choices before ordering.

We are not responsible for delays caused by unavailable materials or client-requested changes.


6. Materials & Product Selection

  • Clients may choose materials provided by Bathroom Bidders or purchase their own.
  • We are not responsible for defects, delays, shortages, or warranty issues related to client-supplied materials.
  • Unused materials purchased by the client remain the client’s property unless agreed otherwise.

7. Licensed Trades & Subcontractors

  • Bathroom Bidders is a licensed LLC in Missouri and Kansas.
  • Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other specialty trades requiring licensing are performed by licensed subcontractors.
  • All subcontractors are vetted for licensing, insurance, and workmanship.

8. Insurance & Liability

  • Bathroom Bidders carries general liability insurance.
  • We take precautions to protect your home; however, we are not liable for:
    • Pre-existing conditions
    • Hidden structural damage
    • Previously installed faulty plumbing or electrical
    • Issues caused by third-party contractors not hired by us

9. Warranty

  • We provide a workmanship warranty on labor performed.
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
    • Issues related to client-provided materials
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials purchased through approved suppliers.

10. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients should notify us as soon as possible if a cancellation or reschedule is needed.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.
  • Projects requiring special-order materials may incur restocking or manufacturer fees if canceled.

11. Photos & Documentation

  • We may take before-and-after photos of work performed for documentation and quality control.
  • Photos will not include personal identifying details without consent.
  • Clients may request copies for insurance or personal records.

12. Safety & Conduct

  • Our team follows safety guidelines to protect your home and occupants.
  • Clients must notify us of hazards, including mold, pets, accessibility limitations, or compromised structures.
  • We reserve the right to stop work if a condition is deemed unsafe.

13. Disputes & Resolution

  • Clients must notify us promptly if they are dissatisfied with any part of the work.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues consistent with the project scope and workmanship warranty.
  • If a dispute cannot be resolved between both parties, standard legal remedies apply in the state where the work was performed.
